II. Membership classes
F. Corporate - Technical Advisor
1. Manufacturers and sales of products used or encountered in the capturing of spatial data, or specialists in closely related fields, whose area of expertise would be beneficial to the Association, may apply for membership as Technical Advisors, provided they thoroughly complete the application process.
2. Membership is granted on a corporation basis with membership privileges provided to three designated employees. A designated employee of each Technical Advisor may attend all meetings.
3. Except by special approval of the Board of Directors, Technical Advisor status shall be conveyed in one-year increments. At the end of each one-year term, Technical Advisors must renew their status through the application process. Any Technical Advisor who does not reapply by its one-year anniversary date will have its Technical Advisor status terminated.
